Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Viewlo™ ("Viewlo", "we", "us", or "our"), a product of
AnsatzAlgo Technologies Private Limited, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Viewlo
website, virtual-tour viewer, editor, and related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree
to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address,
and profile picture as provided by Google OAuth.
- Content you submit. Venue details, panoramas, scenes, hotspots, logos, locations
(latitude/longitude), and any text or images you upload or generate when creating a tour.
- Waitlist & communications. Your beta-waitlist status and any messages you send us
(for example, partnership or removal requests).
- Usage & technical data. Basic analytics events (such as tour views), session
cookies used to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps).
- Payment information. Viewlo is free and sells no subscriptions. If you choose to make a
voluntary contribution, or settle an invoice for commissioned work, the payment is processed by Razorpay. We
receive the payment and order identifiers, the amount, and the name, email and note you provide with it; we do
not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Pricing research. If you answer "What's Viewlo worth to you?", we store the four price
figures you give, alongside your industry and location, so we can understand fair pricing across different
markets. Answers are only ever reported in aggregate and are never shown to other users.
2. How we use information
- To operate the Platform - authenticate you, display and manage tours, and run features such as the
interactive map and AI Panorama Editor.
- To review and moderate submitted tours and to manage access and free usage credits (AI generation and scene limits).
- To record voluntary contributions and issue receipts, and to decide future pricing from aggregated survey responses.
- To communicate with you about your account, submissions, and requests.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the Platform.
3. Third-party services
We rely on trusted third parties to provide parts of the Platform. Relevant data may be processed by:
- Google - sign-in (OAuth) and Google Maps for displaying venue locations.
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI - to generate and edit panoramas in the AI Panorama Editor when you use it.
- Razorpay - to securely process voluntary contributions and invoice payments.
- Email delivery providers - to send transactional notifications.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. The Platform does not
require advertising cookies to function.
5. Data retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the
Platform. You may request deletion of your account data, and venue owners may request removal of a listing
(see Content Removal).
6. Your choices & rights
- Access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us.
- Request removal of a venue you own from the Platform (see the Content Removal clause in our
Terms & Conditions).
- Withdraw consent by discontinuing use and requesting account deletion.
7. Children
The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the
"Last updated" date above.
