These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Viewlo™ ("Viewlo", "we", "us", or "our"), a product of AnsatzAlgo Technologies Private Limited, including the website, virtual-tour viewer, editor, and AI Panorama Editor (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Viewlo is currently free to use and we sell no subscriptions or paid tiers. Creating and submitting tours, hosting scenes, and using the AI Panorama Editor are subject to usage credits (AI generation and scene limits) that we may set or change at our discretion. These credits are a one-time grant per account rather than a recurring allowance; we may top them up at our discretion. If we introduce paid plans in future we will announce them before they take effect.
Separately, you may make a voluntary contribution towards running costs, or pay an invoice for work agreed with us. A contribution is not a purchase of the Platform and does not grant additional credits, features or any service commitment. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (panoramas, images, venue details, and related material). By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights to do so and grant Viewlo a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You must not upload content that infringes others' rights or applicable law.
Tours you create are published to Viewlo automatically when you choose to publish them; they do not require prior approval. By publishing, you confirm that your content is accurate and lawful and that you have the right to share it. To keep the platform safe and trustworthy, we (including our Super Admins) may review, edit, unpublish, or permanently delete any tour or content at any time and at our sole discretion - including content that is misleading, infringing, unlawful, unsafe, or otherwise in breach of these Terms - with or without prior notice. Property owners can also request removal of a listing under Section 5.
The AI Panorama Editor uses third-party AI services to generate or modify images based on your prompts and uploads. You are responsible for the inputs you provide and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law. Generated outputs may not be unique and are provided on an "as is" basis. Usage is subject to your available monthly generation quota.
If you are the owner of a property, venue, or business that appears on Viewlo and you do not want it listed, you may request its removal. To do so, email us at contact@ansatzalgo.com from a contactable address with:
Once we receive and verify a valid removal request, we will remove the listing from public view on Viewlo within 7 (seven) working days. We may contact you to confirm details before completing the removal. This process is provided in good faith and in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.
You agree to use Viewlo respectfully and lawfully. In particular, you must not:
We may remove or unpublish any offending content and may, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice, restrict (limit your ability to create or host content), suspend, or permanently remove any account that breaches these Terms, engages in offensive or spammy conduct, or otherwise misuses the Platform. Suspended or removed accounts may lose access to their content and any unused credits.
The Viewlo name, logo, and the Platform's software and design are the property of AnsatzAlgo Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. "Viewlo™" is a trademark of AnsatzAlgo Technologies Private Limited.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including third-party venue information) is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viewlo and AnsatzAlgo Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
